Even an all-you-can-eat buffet will kick you out if "all you can eat" is more than they can afford to offer.The local Pizza Hut here used to have an all-you-can-eat Pizza bar. It only lasted a single summer because far too many people took them up on the offer. The place was packed, and the price was very reasonable. Not high as hell, yet not cheap as dirt. They still ended it because, in the end, the cost to run and manage it was "eating" into their bottom line, and they have to put cuts somewhere.
