Keyboardless version is coming next year. But really, I think the keyboard helps when you need it. And you have to realize that it's still the same dimensions as the iPhone and ways maybe 30 grams more.!

rikes: your theory doesn't work out for several reasons:1. You're not going to scare a suicidal killer by the prospect of being shot at. Usually, they kill themselves anyway.2. The killer will be mentally prepared, the victims won't be. It's a rather big "switch" to go from regular boring office day to a full-blown shoot-out.3. Only 1 person got killed: even if you announced that there'd be a killer coming and everyone were psychologically prepared, still at least 1 person other than the killer would be killed.
