Did you actually read the article? The votes weren't on the bill, they were on what amendments would be in the bill.So if the whole bill is going to be passed regardless, wouldn't you think a lawmaker would want to make that bill as close to their own beliefs as possible? You're right, as a whole it's likely the bill will pass, and I'm glad these guys were too stupid to get in these amendments, but shouldn't people who want this stuff be angry that they lost the opportunity to have them in there? For the party that a) doesn't care about civil liberties when it comes to 'protecting' America and b) complains about 'liberals' not doing their jobs, it seems strange that they would choose to not do their job while at the same time allowing people to actually get some of their civil liberties back, which according to them will kill us all..
i still dont understand why IW completely ripped apart the PC version, its a damn shame!

It all depends on which side you support. If your side wins, it's how everyone in the country feels and predicts the outcome of the next national election. If your side loses, it's just a local election and doesn't really matter.?
Details like new products (importing the Fiat 500) are the details this "presentation" inherently lacks. I went to business school, have a business degree, and would have received a big fat "F" if I did whilst in school did a mock marketing plan presentation with mocked up numbers about a fictitious widget that lacked fictional details. |

Don't buy drinks unless you just want to be a nice guy. A lot of the times girls go to bars and get guys to buy them drinks all night so they don't have to spend any money themselves - they really don't have any intention of doing anything more with you other than to use you. My female friends do it all the time. Meanwhile I have guy friends who buy drinks for an entire table of women and not get so much as a thanks from any of them.The lesson is: buying girls drinks is like buying insurance in blackjack. It's a sucker move that gets you nothing but a bigger bar tab.
