Actually I quite love Dragon Age- it's not Bioware or EA's fault that Digg is patently ignoring what it's userbase wants. If you think this through the person you really should boycott is Digg. No one is forcing Digg to use this intrusive wallpaper. Place blame where blame is due.

Yes, all the Police of Cleveland were involved in these several incedents not just a few officers at a small precinct. And no members of the public share any blame. I am shocked the article mentioned such things as: " Public theft and corruption is so pervasive that, just this week, voters elected Jeffrey Johnson to the city council -- even though he was convicted as a state senator for extorting $17,000 from grocers." Obviously the Police should be able to operate at 100% efficiency under these conditions.

Actually, as much as I hate to be standing up for Mccain on a technology issue, this is somewhat the opposite of the bills Mccain has pushed for in the past. McCain's "anti-net neutrality" legislation pushed for decreased government regulation of ISP's, while this treaty would push for increased government regulation of ISP's. Now, granted both approaches would have virtually the same detrimental effect, and its entirely possible (perhaps probable) that Replublicans claim ISP regulation is bad for one bill, and good for another. However, based on the regulations that Republicans have been pushing, this treaty doesn't seem like it has their stench to it.

LOL You must have been in some pretty seedy places to have seen that much drug usage. On the other hand, with a bent pathetic government like ours, what do you expect people to do? Forget an uprising because the army and police wouldn't support the population. Under a thin veneer of democracy, the Brits live under probably the most oppressive regime in the western world. Camera's on virtually every street corner, thousands of new laws every year turhing everybody into a criminal overnight, massive databases containing details of every tiny thing we get up to. The French wouldn't stand for it but for some reason we do nothing but moan on forums....um... |
