Stubborn executives will get what they deserve. Under-appreciating your employees is a sure way to lose your best to attrition. Give up your best workers, who are the backbone of your business, and suddenly things stop working. Soon you're out of business.This recession is a market correction. Bailouts are not the answer. Learning to become profitable by improving our trade deficit and increasing innovation and high tech production in this country is the answer. That will open up plenty of new highly skilled jobs for our idle workers.

This is one the most awesome pics I have ever seen. The shock wave that is formed on the back is called the "lambda shock" and is a characteristic of a transonic flow, i.e that in which Mach # is very close to one (0.8<M<1.1). Also what is nice about this pic the interaction of shock and the water in the sea. Notice how water is completely still in the upstream, before the shock. This is in fact because the water has no "information" that there is a shock downstream and suddenly has to align itself with the flow as it encounters the shock. Truly awesome. Thanks!

The Dem NJ gov was highly unpopular and wanted to hike the toll rates by 800%. The Dem running in Virginia wasn't a progressive.The NY23 race is far more telling of the big picture. The district had not voted for a Democrat since the CIVIL WAR! The fanatics who have hijacked the GOP got their candidate of choice to run and chased out the other Republican in competition, and still the Democrat somehow won the district. The polarization is not due to Obama and the Dems who have bent over backwards time and again to try to compromise with the GOP, who have proven that they only want to obstruct, derail reform, and attack. There's a certain point where this becomes appeasement, and the Dems will stop trying to be bipartisan. The negativity thus far has been squarely on the shoulders of the right wing.?
It's becoming a nasty trend, developers removing dedicated servers( MW2 and RAGE), removing access to the console (MW2), capping the number of players (MW2) and even removing LAN support (Starcraft 2. Why Blizzard, why?).All thats left is removing keyboard and mouse support.It's like they are trying to turn the PC gameplay experience into a console gameplay experience.Don't get me wrong, I have consoles and some games are great (the exclusives)...but for everything else I rather play on the PC.
