It's like the "Simpsons did it" with comics. Calvin and Hobbes covered all bases, turned over all rocks. Fantastic stuff.
The fact that Marty McFly's ride is on this list leads me to call shenanigans. That thing looks sweet going 88mph...

i will tell you what i desire, a little trick the Soviets did. Borrow a lot of money from other countries, and then start the books over with a clean slate and say they owe nothing at everyone else's expense. I mean, who's gonna ***** with us, we are superior and have nukes..
Watt an awesome article.!

Terranigma made me very sad when it ended?
Mankind's curiosity and intelligence has shown us how unbelievably creative we can get. This isn't insignificance. This is ambition -- constantly shaping us into capable minds to become part of the universe instead of isolating ourselves in our own little egos. It's all relative... but I don't see us as meaningless little morsels hopelessly caught in the web of the universe. We're here experiencing, adventuring, and learning for the sake of our own kind. Isn't that awesome?

This must just be crushing for jobless people looking to see this number to go down so they can hope a new job is coming soon. It is weird because living here in the DC/VA/MD area, the job situation is different. Recruiters call me 3 times a week. So many people are getting new jobs every day. Professionals that is. I think non-exempt people are suffering badly. I know 2 people that were laid off in the last year and both were employed again in full-time, similar jobs within 3 months.
