I love that, for the common person, lying to the Court is perjury. For a lawyer, completely falsifying a trial and mocking the Court system is just a loophole.!

In this case they have a ginormous skylight. Most earth sheltered homes are build with one side of the house open and can have pretty decent views. You only need a few feet of earth on top to get significant insulation savings.
